The Shunfa company has increased the investment in production equipment in 2022. We added a new Beiren Printing Equipment in the printing workshop , a flexographic press in the flexographic workshop, a dry compounding machine and a solvent-free compounding machine in the composite workshop, a high-speed scuttling machine in the scuttling workshop, and two self-standing zipper bag-making machines and an eight-side sealing machine in the bag-making workshop.
The new machine is more automatic in function, more accurate in overprint accuracy, equipped with an online detection system, any printing defects would be automatically alarmed. Bag making machine is also greatly improved in efficiency, the eight-side sealing machine can achieve 120 pcs/min, and is equipped with die cutting function, so that the size of the bag is more accurate. The newly added slitting machine has a speed of 600 meters/min, being equipped with automatic unloading function and greatly reducing labor costs.
At the same time, the Shunfa company has passed the British Retail Consortium BRC certification（As the basic standard of food safety management, BRC standard has been recognized and adopted by many countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and North and South America, so it has become a landmark authoritative standard in the global food industry.）. Therefore, the production environment of the workshop has been further improved, the standardization of the production process has been further improved, the implementation of bar code control, so that every production can be fully traceable.
At present, the Shunfa company is equipped with 4 high-speed intaglio printing production lines, 3 high-speed flexographic printing production lines, and various kinds of paper and plastic packaging supporting production equipment hundreds of sets. Our productivity has been greatly improved, the annual output of packaging bags can reach 500 million.
